RV Recipes: Grilled Fish with Cucumber-Dill sauce

Halibut, swordfish, cod, red snapper or salmon are good choices for this grilled entrée.


Serves 2


Grill fish over medium heat on a lightly greased grill or skillet until fish is cooked 10-20 minutes.  Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium high heat.  Add chopped cucumber, chives, dill.  Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Place fish on serving plate.  Season a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
