I’m not familiar with front and rear axle stabilizers on the Sprinter but I know the difference that it made on my Ford 36′ Bounder and I am referring to products that Ford should have put on as standard equipment. These are not after market band-aids.

The item that you may want to look into is AIR TAB.
BRETT WOLF has them on his motor home.

Maybe the dual rear wheels are necessary. I sure your hubby would like to see you comfortable behind the wheel in side winds.

Thanks for sharing your motor homing experiences
